Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

Please email: info@babyandmore.co.uk with "Withdrawal Request" as your subject stating your order reference and your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Your withdrawal rights:

• You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
• Return shipping costs may apply
