Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once you have placed your order with Baby&More, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt Monday - Friday, with a delivery tracking email sent to you.

Most UK mainland orders should be received within 3 working days of dispatch. European and International orders will take longer according to the destination / courier service used.

We strive to keep all items on our website in stock, however if part of your order is not available for any reason after we have accepted it, we will notify you.

If Baby&More are unable to deliver your order for any reason, payment will be refunded and you will receive an email notifying you.

Cancelling your Order
The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within 7 working days from receipt of goods.. To cancel your contract please send an email to info@babyandmore.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel or call our Customer Service line 01233 225099.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must repackage the relevant items and return them to Baby&More. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

Call Charges
01233 numbers are charged at the same rate as UK Geographic landline numbers.
